Best people around the LPD?

Of all the towns in the LPD which towns people do you like the most, not including your hometown? I'd have to go with Pound, I can honestly say I've never met a person from Pound that I didn't like.

For me it's Appalachia. I have many more friends from Appy than anywhere else.
